Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. the rooms were nice, and it was a bonus to have a balcony for some fresh air.

The bathroom could have been better maintained, with broken tiles and signs of wear and tear. Also, the service at breakfast could have been improved, as there were times when I had to wait for someone to take my coffee or tea order.

The room I stayed in had a double aspect facing a busy road, which resulted in considerable noise. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably, especially for light sleepers.

They even helped us print out some important documents for an audition and provided us with sellotape. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
